Sami Nassif

Sami Nassif currently serves as the Director of Corporate Development & Strategy at Seagull, overseeing corporate strategy initiatives from ideation through execution since September 2024. Additionally, Sami is an investor at Peak Rock Capital, focusing on private equity investments in middle market companies. Prior experience includes a role in technology investment banking at DC Advisory, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private capital raising for growth companies, as well as advisory work in healthcare investment banking at J.P. Morgan. Sami also has corporate finance experience at Intuitive and has worked in private wealth management at Northwestern Mutual, where expertise in financial security was developed. Educational background includes attendance at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Los Altos High School, and Waldorf School of the Peninsula.
