Terene Allred

Terene Allred is the current VP of Human Resources at Seagull Scientific. Terene has held this position since April 2021. Prior to Seagull Scientific, they were the Human Resources Director at Precor from April 2013 to April 2021.

Allred was promoted to Human Resources Director at Precor in order to restructure, transform, and lead the Human Resources Department. Terene led a 9-member team and had a $7MIL budget. In addition to HR/business analytics, they served as liaison to Amer Sports Human Resources. Terene was selected as a member of the Global Leadership Team with a focus on advocating for the 850 employees.

During their time at Precor, Allred created and drove global culture initiatives to inspire teams to provide consistent, positive employee experiences, deliver exceptional results, and adapt to rapidly changing business needs. Terene also built a cohesive Strategy, Structure and Capability program to steer organizational development, succession planning, and strategic direction; identified capability gaps needed to execute the strategy. Furthermore, they enhanced employee engagement by creating a global communications plan consisting of town hall meetings and team building events. Finally, they provided HR leadership, maintained morale, and kept employees connected during the COVID-19 pandemic. Terene defined remote work policies, sent daily communications, and facilitated trainings on managing remote teams.

Allred optimized all antiquated HR systems, enabling more robust technologies to meet ever-changing business needs. Terene reduced data entry

Terene Allred has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brigham Young University and a Master of Arts in Policy Studies from the University of Washington. Terene also has certification from TotalSDI in Certified TotalSDI Facilitator.

Their manager is Harold Boe, President & CEO. They work with Jonathon Mctaggart - VP of IT, Wayne Burns - CFO, and Ian Einman - CTO.
