Neil Uppal

Neil Uppal has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Neil started working at Shawcor in 2007, initially as a Business Development Analyst and later as a Manager in Corporate Development. In 2012, they joined Bredero Shaw as a Regional Marketing Manager and then became a Global Product Manager. Neil returned to Shawcor in 2017 as the Advanced Business System Program Manager and later took on the role of Global Market Manager for Electrical. In 2020, they joined Canusa-CPS as the Global Market Manager for Rehabilitation & Infrastructure. Currently, Neil works at Seal For Life Industries as the Corporate Development Director.

Neil Uppal attended the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Strategy and Finance. In 2007, they also briefly attended the HKUST Business School, earning another Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, this time specializing in Strategy and International Business. In addition to their MBA degrees, Uppal holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Toronto, which they completed prior to 2007.
