Mark Maffei Jr.

Mark Maffei Jr. began their work experience in 2017 as a Market Research Analyst Intern at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. During this time, they gained valuable data analysis skills by completing projects involving market analyses and comparative metrics using Excel and MLS software.

In 2018, Mark joined TBC Corporation as an Accounting Associate II. In this role, they managed the largest vendor account, Michelin, as well as three other vendor accounts. Mark successfully resolved past due payments and implemented a weekly statement system to improve payment management. Mark also performed three-way matching, reconciled inventory purchases, and recorded accounting transactions using SAP.

Most recently, in 2021, Mark joined Seal Shield™ as a Financial Analyst. Mark took full ownership of monthly commission calculating, tracking, and reporting for 18 employees across various territories and sales channels. Mark utilized Excel and NetSuite to accomplish these tasks.

Mark Maffei Jr. obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Accounting, from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. Mark attended this institution from 2016 to 2018. In addition, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn and Microsoft. These certifications include Excel: Analyzing and Visualizing Cash Flows, Forecasting Using Financial Statements, Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners, SharePoint: Migrating from Designer to Power Automate, Financial Analysis: Making Business Projections, Smartsheet Tips and Tricks, Financial Modeling Foundations, Financial Modeling and Forecasting Financial Statements, Corporate Finance: Robust Financial Modeling, Corporate Financial Statement Analysis, Corporate Financial Statement Creation, Corporate Finance Foundations, Power BI Essential Training, and Smartsheet Essential Training. Mark obtained the Microsoft Office Specialist Excel 2016 certification in October 2016.
