Benjamin Grell has a diverse work experience. Benjamin started their career in 2010 as a Bachelorand Webentwicklung at Comwrap Reply. From there, they worked as a Webentwickler (studienbegleitend) at die Agentur Riess, Jenne & Co. GmbH. Benjamin then joined Spiegel Institut as a Web-Usability Scientist in 2012. In 2014, they became the Leiter Webentwicklung at Xpoint Software GmbH. Following that, they worked as an Information Business Consultant - E-Business / E-Services at REHAU from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they are employed at SEAL Systems AG, where they have held two roles: Software Solution Architect from 2019 to 2023 and currently as the Team Lead Solution & Support.
Benjamin Grell obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Medieninformatik from Hochschule Hof, University of Applied Sciences, from 2007 to 2011. Benjamin then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Internet – Web Science from the same university, from 2011 to 2012. In addition to their academic degrees, Benjamin also obtained certifications such as the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in 2019 and the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2018.
