Eric Goldbach

Eric Goldbach is the current Vice President of Operations at Seal the Seasons. Prior to this, they served as General Manager for Marrins Mooving, Two Men and a Truck, and Little Caesars Pizza.

At Marrins Mooving, Eric was responsible for overseeing vendor agreements and contract negotiations, and monitoring suppliers to ensure effective and efficient provision of goods within budgetary limits. Eric also recruited and hired staff, built teams, onboarded and trained employees, and developed staff through accountability and corrective action. Eric was also responsible for workers’ compensation and unemployment claims, as well as all accounts receivable functions. In addition, Eric ensured compliance with DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelines, and apprised executive management of progress through weekly reports.

At Two Men and a Truck, Eric managed day-to-day activities for three locations in Atlanta GA/Raleigh NC/Holly Springs NC, supervising multiple direct reports and up to 60 employees. Eric established staffing requirements, recruited, onboarded, and trained new employees, and ensured employee adherence to franchise and system standards and policies. Eric also monitored and ensured compliance with all DOT and OSHA regulatory procedures. Under their leadership, the Raleigh franchise performance ranking improved from 195th place to top 15 for 2013 and 2014 through an enhanced culture of accountability and empowerment. For their achievements, Eric was presented with the Achievement in Excellence Award in 2013 and 2014.

At Little Caesars Pizza, Eric served as General Manager for 3 years 8 months.

Eric Goldbach has a Smith System Safe Driving Trainer certification and a Commercial Drivers License Class B. Eric is also a certified Forklift Operator.

The people who work with Eric Goldbach in their capacity as VP of Operations include their fellow VPs, the natural channel sales manager, the procurement specialist, the finance manager, and the supply chain specialist. Eric Goldbach also works closely with the brand manager and with the company's co-founder and COO.
