David Russell-Jensen serves as the Development Officer at Sealaska Heritage Institute since September 2021. David Russell-Jensen earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree with a focus on Alaska Native Language & Studies/Anthropology from the University of Alaska Southeast between 2013 and 2017.

Sealaska Heritage Institute is a Native nonprofit founded in 1980 to perpetuate and enhance Tlingit, Haida and Tsimshian cultures of Southeast Alaska. Our goals are to promote cultural diversity and cross-cultural understanding through public services in education and the arts. Sealaska Heritage also conducts scientific and public policy research that promotes Alaska Native arts, cultures, history and education statewide.
