Jessica Ragsdill

Jessica has joined the Sealco team as the Director of Human Resources. She comes to us with over 15 years of experience serving in human resources management level positions throughout the IT, insurance, healthcare, and residential and commercial industries. She has a passion for developing HR departments, helping foster positive employee relations, and strives to ensure the highest level of representation of HR for the company.

Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from UT Tyler and graduated summa cum laude. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from UT Arlington and graduated magna cum laude.
