Sonia Vaswani

Sonia Vaswani is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in global talent development and HR management within the maritime and logistics sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Human Resources at SeaLead since August 2022, Sonia previously held senior HR positions at BW LPG and MCC Transport, where responsibilities included overseeing HR activities across multiple countries and implementing key talent management initiatives. Sonia's earlier roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk involved leading global talent development programs and managing internal communications, contributing significantly to leadership development and employee engagement.
