Belinda Hyde

Belinda Hyde possesses extensive experience in human resources leadership, having served as SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Waters Corporation from January 2021 to March 2024 and Chief Human Resources Officer at SPX Flow from July 2015 to December 2020. Belinda has held key HR roles at Schnitzer Steel, Celanese, Invitrogen/Life Technologies, Dell, Tetra Pak, and Caltex Petroleum, focusing on organization design, leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement across diverse industries. Belinda earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston and a B.A. in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
