Katina Castro has extensive experience in customer service and supply chain management, currently serving as the Customer Service Director for the Latin America region at Sealed Air Corporation since June 2016. Prior to this role, Katina held various positions including Logistic & Supply Chain Manager at GALAS DE MEXICO, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the Planning & Scheduling department and managing a team of 87. At Aluprint, Katina established the Customer Service Department from the ground up as the Customer Service Manager, while previous roles at Alcan involved managing export operations and logistics for a significant customer base. Katina holds a certification in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from APICS and an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara.
