Nuria Perez Cubero

Nuria Perez Cubero is an experienced executive in customer service and process improvement, currently serving as Executive Director of Food Customer Service and Global Customer Service COE at Sealed Air Corporation since May 2001. In this role, Nuria ensures that Customer Service Process Experts and Project Managers support regional teams in delivering high-quality service and achieving performance excellence. Previously, Nuria held several leadership positions at Sealed Air, including Executive Director Customer Service and Digital Sales EMEA, where the establishment of a customer service organization improved overall performance metrics and digital sales efforts. With a background in process improvement and customer service management spanning multiple regions, Nuria has overseen significant operational teams and projects across the globe.
