Ronak R.

Ronak R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ronak started their career in 2009 as a Staff SCM/Systems Engineer at Intuit, where they coordinated large-scale global engineering projects and implemented source control systems. Ronak then worked as a Build Master at Beget in 2011, focusing on designing and automating Maven build processes.

In 2012, Ronak joined Prognosis Health Information Systems as a Build Engineer in DevOps, responsible for releases and managing code management. Ronak also maintained infrastructure and implemented change management using Puppet. In 2013, they joined Apptio as a Software Configuration Engineer, piloting and managing the adoption of Atlassian tools and serving as an admin for JIRA, Crucible, and Confluence.

From 2014 to 2017, Ronak worked as a Senior Technical Architect at Cprime, Inc, specializing in the Atlassian suite. Their responsibilities included developing JIRA workflows, integrating various Atlassian tools, and providing support for Confluence. During this time, they also co-founded The Comeback Space, a shared office space for freelancers and entrepreneurs.

In these roles, Ronak leveraged their technical experience and customer-facing skills to bootstrap new product communities, create technical content, and troubleshoot customer problems.

Most recently, Ronak joined SeaLights in 2022 as a Senior Professional Services Engineer. In this role, they onboard customers, trains users, and provides troubleshooting and enhancement request intake.
