Felicia Soodeen

Felicia Soodeen has a wide range of experience in various roles and organizations. Felicia worked as Vice President Programs at Seamen's Society for Children and Families, where they managed day-to-day operations and implemented new business lines. Felicia also oversaw a large budget and had multiple senior level and indirect reports. Prior to that, they served as Compliance Officer/Vice President of Quality and Compliance at SERV Behavioral Health System, Inc., where they managed compliance and quality improvement programs. Felicia also worked as a Quality Improvement Coordinator at RUTGERS-UNIVERSITY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE, overseeing quality assurance initiatives and conducting audits.
