Kirby Smith

Kirby Smith is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in program development and strategic leadership. Since July 2016, Kirby has held multiple roles at Arnold Ventures, culminating in the position of Executive Vice President, Programs. Prior experience includes strategic consulting at Bain & Company, where Kirby progressed from Summer Associate to Case Team Leader between 2012 and 2016. Additional roles encompass civic engagement and research, including positions as a Civic Fellow at Civic Consulting Alliance and Senior Analyst at Ithaka. Kirby holds an MBA and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan and a BA in English from Yale University.
