Adaeze Udeh

Adaeze Udeh has a diverse work experience in the field of data engineering and business intelligence. Adaeze started their career as a Business Intelligence Intern at INTELFORT NIGERIA LTD from April 2018 to December 2018. During this time, they gained skills in data modeling, querying, and data extraction using various database management systems.

In November 2020, Adaeze joined SEAMFIX as a Business Intelligence Intern. Here, they further enhanced their skills in database management systems such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL. Adaeze also gained experience in extracting and transferring data using SQL and Python.

Adaeze then progressed to the role of a Data Engineer at SEAMFIX in December 2021. In this role, they identified and met organizational data needs by designing data architectural recommendations and technical design documentation. Adaeze also facilitated the migration of data from multiple sources to a data lake using AWS DMS, improving performance and storage capacity. Additionally, they supported strategic planning and GDPR's Data management/governance practices.

In January 2022, Adaeze joined DataTalksClub as a Big Data Engineer. Here, they implemented an end-to-end Data Engineering project using GitHub Archive data for source. Their responsibilities included loading batch data to GCP cloud storage and further transformation using DBT.

Overall, Adaeze Udeh has gained valuable experience in data engineering, business intelligence, database management systems, and data transformation through their various roles in different organizations.

Adaeze Udeh completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Godfrey Okoye University from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they took an Advanced Levels Examination at the University of Cambridge in 2015-2016.

Adaeze Udeh has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2023, they received a Data Modeling for the Modern Warehouse Certificate and a Python for Data Science Certificate from CoRise. In 2022, they obtained certifications related to Architecting Big Data Applications, Data Cleaning in Python Essential Training, Data Engineering Foundations, Data Strategy, Learning Data Analytics, Learning Hadoop, and Learning Python from LinkedIn. Before that, in 2021, they earned certifications for Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Astronomer Certification for Apache Airflow, GDPR Essential from Evalian Limited, and completed the data analyst virtual experience by EntryLevel. In 2021, they also attained the dynamics 365 fundamentals certification from Microsoft and Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI from Udemy.
