Dr. Emmanuel Okeleji

Dr. Emmanuel Okeleji has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dr. Emmanuel has served as the CEO of SeamlessHR, an end-to-end HR and payroll software company, since January 2018. At SeamlessHR, they are responsible for managing HR activities and helping companies find and onboard suitable candidates.

Prior to that, from April 2013 to March 2018, Dr. Okeleji worked as the Founding Assistant Project Director at Evercare Hospital, Lekki. In this role, they played a crucial role in developing the hospital and worked with investors and stakeholders to create a successful private-led healthcare investment in West Africa.

In May 2013, Dr. Okeleji was the CEO of Insidify.com Limited, Africa's first social jobsite. Dr. Emmanuel led the company and its operations until August 2017.

Before their time at Insidify.com, Dr. Okeleji co-founded Waressence Nigeria Limited in 2007. As the co-founder and Head of Business Development, they served Nigerian corporates and governments, including prominent clients like MTN, UBA, and First Bank.

Dr. Okeleji also gained medical experience as a House Doctor at St. Nicholas Hospital, Lagos, from February 2012 to April 2013. During this time, they actively participated in managing patients and assisted in numerous surgeries, including kidney transplantations. Dr. Emmanuel was recognized for their exceptional performance and received the "Best Staff of the Month" award in August 2012.

Furthermore, Dr. Okeleji briefly worked in the investment banking industry at Goldman Sachs in April and May 2011. Although the details of their role are not specified, this experience added to their diverse professional background.

Dr. Emmanuel Okeleji pursued their MB.ch.B degree in Medicine and Surgery at the Obafemi Awolowo University. In 2022, they furthered their education at the Harvard Business School Executive Education where they completed an Advanced Business Strategy program.
