Han Yang Lim

Han Yang Lim is a seasoned professional in financial services product management, currently leading mobile banking initiatives aimed at underserved users across Southeast Asia at SeaMoney since September 2021. Concurrently, Han Yang Lim serves in a similar capacity at Shopee. Prior experience includes a role as Consultant and Team Lead at Accenture, where responsibilities encompassed leading a 15-person agile mobile application development team, managing stakeholders, and enhancing enterprise SaaS services, as well as developing a blockchain prototype for a shipping use case. Han Yang Lim began a career in public service as a Foreign Service Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Singapore. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Leadership and Management from Valar Institute, a Master of Computer and Information Technology from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Laws from UCL.
