Randy Kesterson serves as the President of The Kesterson Group, Inc., a management consulting firm based in the Charlotte, NC area, since January 2004. In addition, Randy has taken on the role of President & COO at Seanair, focusing on business stabilization and operational recovery since March 2025. Randy briefly held the position of Interim Fractional CEO / COO at Heytex USA from January 2024 to October 2024, overseeing all business functions. Prior to that, Randy worked as Interim Chief Operations Officer at HAECO from March 2023 to December 2023, managing operations, supply chain, and quality assurance for aircraft cabin solutions. Randy Kesterson holds an MBA in Operations Management from Syracuse University and a BS in Engineering from Iowa State University.
