William G. Sember

Mr. Sember serves as an advisor to the Company’s Board of Managers and also as SeaOne’s Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs. Mr. Sember was most recently a Vice President, Global Gas Development for ABS. Mr. Sember has also held senior positions with ABS as President and Chief Operating Officer of ABS Europe where he directed the divisional business activities of the company. Mr. Sember has been on the board of directors of the CNG International Marine Institute and the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineer, and has been the Chairman of the International Association of Classification Societies Ltd. Working Party on Drilling Units, the American Petroleum Institute Subcommittee on Floating Structures, and the Houston Chapter of Offshore Mechanics and Arctic Engineering.
