Albina Ouzon

Albina Ouzon, PE, is a seasoned project manager currently employed at Patterson Engineering, Inc. since May 2023, where notable projects include Moselle Cabin in Idyllwild, CA, and a Solar Canopy with DSA & OSHPD in California. Albina also serves as Co-Chair of the WISE Committee for the Structural Engineering Association of San Diego since November 2022. Previously, Albina worked as a Structural Project Engineer at LPA, Inc. from September 2019 to April 2023, contributing to projects such as Campus Pointe Buildings 3 & 5 and LAUSD Hamilton High School. Prior experience includes consulting roles at Seed Consulting Group and project engineering/management at KPFF Consulting Engineers, with significant projects like the UCSD Biological and Physical Science Building and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Albina holds a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
