Ankit Anand

Ankit Anand is an experienced marine engineering professional with a strong background in LNG and gas tanker operations. Currently serving as a Third Assistant Engineer at Seapeak since January 2023, Ankit specializes in the maintenance and operation of purifiers and other critical machinery. Ankit's previous roles include 4th Engineer and 3AE at Northern Marine Group, where responsibilities encompassed a range of equipment and systems management, including compliance with MARPOL regulations. Ankit also has experience as a Junior Watchkeeping Officer and as an Engine Cadet with Thome Ship Management, accumulating a total of 18 months of sea experience, including extensive involvement in machinery repair and maintenance. Education achievements include a Bachelor of Technology in Marine Engineering from Indian Maritime University and coursework at Marine Engineering And Research Institute and the Indian Naval Dockyard.
