Sietse van der Bom

Sietse van der Bom has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 1997 as an Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, they moved to Manager Operations at Optiver in 2000. In 2003, they became Financial Group Controller at Curvalue / Van der Moolen, and in 2007 they became a Consultant at Vanderbom Consulting. In 2011, they took on the role of CFO/COO at Quantrust Asset Management, and in 2014 they became a Developer at Parqbanq. In 2020, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at Klup and a Software Engineer at Synetic. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at Seaplane IO.

Sietse van der Bom began their educational career at Gymnasium Sorghvliet from 1982 to 1988. Sietse then attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1991 to 1997, where they studied Business Economics and Controlling. Afterward, they returned to Erasmus University Rotterdam for a postdoc in Accountancy from 1997 to 1999.
