Lucy Fato

Lucy Fato serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Seaport Entertainment Group since May 2024. Fato has been an Advisory Board Member at Nardello & Co. since December 2017 and previously held a board position at Corebridge Financial from March 2022 to April 2024. Additionally, Fato was the Vice Chair and Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Global Head of Communications and Government Affairs at AIG from October 2017 to March 2024, also serving as Interim Chief Human Resources Officer. Fato earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where recognition included Order of the Coif and serving as Law Review Notes and Comments Editor, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, with honors including Phi Beta Kappa.
