Lucy Fato

Lucy Fato currently serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Seaport Entertainment Group, overseeing legal matters, government affairs, community relations, and security since May 2024. Fato is a board member at Nardello & Co. and has held board member positions at Corebridge Financial and AIG, where responsibilities included serving as Vice Chair and Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Global Head of Communications and Government Affairs. Fato’s extensive legal background includes roles as Managing Director and Head of the Americas at Nardello & Co., Executive Vice President and General Counsel at S&P Global, and Deputy General Counsel at Marsh McLennan. Fato’s legal education includes a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, with additional executive education in corporate governance from Stanford Directors’ College and leadership training from Harvard Law School.
