Ido Dotan

Ido Dotan is currently the EVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Banc of California. Prior to this, they served as the EVP, Assistant General Counsel at Carrington Mortgage Holdings, LLC from July 2013 to May 2019. From June 2012 to June 2013, they were the Chief Legal Officer at Arch Bay Capital. Ido also served as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Thompson National Properties, LLC from April 2010 to July 2012.

Dotan began their career as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in January 2005, where they worked on a variety of legal matters for private equity firms, investment funds, bank holding companies, investment banks, and private and public corporations. Ido has represented clients in domestic and cross-border transactions in a variety of industries, including oil&gas, banking, hotel, consumer retail, manufacturing, insurance, healthcare and technology.

Ido Dotan received a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business.
