Brian Callender is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at FLIK Independent School Dining since January 2024. With a career spanning several decades, Brian has held the position of Banquet Chef at Seaport Companies since July 1998 and previously worked as a Chef at CR Sparks from 1994 to 1998. Earlier in Brian's career, a role as Culinary Supervisor at Vail Resorts was undertaken from 1992 to 1993. Brian is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute, where an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts was earned, and also attended the University of Rhode Island from 1988 to 1990.
