Lisbeth Plassen

Lisbeth Plassen is a seasoned professional specializing in the aquaculture sector, currently serving as Daglig leder at SEAQLOUD AS since January 2024. Previously, Lisbeth held the position of Daglig Leder/CEO at Naviaq AS from June 2017 to March 2024 and contributed as a Board Member for the NCE Aquatech Cluster from March 2018 to March 2022. With a strong background in sales, Lisbeth worked as Sales Manager for AKVA group ASA from July 2011 to June 2017 and held roles as Account Manager and Consultant at AKVA group Software AS between November 2007 and July 2011. Early career experiences include serving as a Research Technician at Akvaforsk Sunndalsøra in 2004 and 2005. Academically, Lisbeth holds a Master’s Degree in Feed Manufacturing Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences, supplemented by education at Oslo and Akershus University College.
