Joel D'Andrea

Joel D'Andrea has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Joel started their career in 1998 as a Project Manager at Aetna US Healthcare, where they managed major projects and oversaw the construction of a new Regional Service Center. In 2000, Joel joined Vignette as a Facilities Manager for North America. Joel then joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Southwest Region in 2002, where they served as a Project Manager and was responsible for managing office build-outs, remodels, and relocations for multiple sales offices. Joel worked at Kazoni Construction, Inc. as a Project Manager from 2018 to 2019, before transitioning into the role of Facilities Project Manager at Looking into Opportunities. In 2019, Joel also started their own company called Handyman and Construction Services. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Sales and Partnerships at SeaQuest, starting in 2020. Throughout their career, Joel has gained expertise in project management, facilities management, and negotiation.

Joel D'Andrea obtained a Facilities Management Certification from California State University - East Bay between the years of 1998 and 2000. The certification focused on Facilities Planning and Management.
