Iniya Rathinavelu is an experienced professional in business development and sales, currently serving as the Associate Director of Business Development at Searce Inc. Previously, Iniya held the position of Director of Business Development for the Americas and Europe at Entropik Tech and served as the Director of Global Sales Development at OnlineSales.ai. Iniya also worked as the Global Head of Inside Sales at Quantiphi and was a Team Lead for Sales and Business Development at Automation Anywhere. Iniya's educational background includes a PGPM in Marketing from the International Academy of Management & Entrepreneurship and an MBA in HR from Anna University Coimbatore, both earned between 2010 and 2012.
