Grace Koplow

Grace Koplow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing, analytics, and client service. Currently serving as Delivery Excellence Lead at Further since March 2024, Grace previously held multiple leadership roles at Further, including Head of Relationship Marketing Department, where successful customer journey strategies were championed, and a 100% team retention rate was achieved. Grace has demonstrated expertise in managing client relationships, optimizing marketing strategies, and leading analytics initiatives at organizations such as UM Worldwide and OMD USA. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, complemented by a study abroad program with Semester At Sea, Grace combines analytical skills with a solid understanding of human behavior and philosophy.
