Jim Bradbury

Jim Bradbury, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Manager at DazPak, where responsibilities include providing strategic HR counsel and streamlining organizational time-off policies. Previously, Jim was the Senior People Experience Manager at Search Discovery, overseeing HR operations and implementing a comprehensive benefits program. Jim's extensive experience also includes roles as Regional Human Resources Manager at INEOS Pigments USA/Cristal, Benefits Specialist & Account Manager at Aflac, and Director of Operations & Human Resources at IMC Health Care and National Ambulance, Inc. Jim began a career in emergency services as a Firefighter/Paramedic, where notable achievements included union leadership and contract negotiation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University and an Associate of Science in Physician Assistant from Cuyahoga Community College.
