Mike Gustafson

Mike Gustafson is the current President at Search Discovery. Prior to this, they were a Partner and Technology Business Unit Lead at Rosetta from July 2008 to September 2013. In this role, they led and managed a 450+ person business unit spanning 5 cities which generated $90M of revenue. The team designed and developed solutions for e-commerce, content management, mobile applications and marketing automation for Fortune 5000 and global brands using industry leading platforms and partners including IBM WebSphere Commerce, Microsoft, and Adobe.

From December 2011 to December 2013, Mike served as a Board Member for Ingenuity Fest. Ingenuity Cleveland ignites the spark of creativity among artists, entrepreneurs and innovators of all types, through joy and collaboration, in service to civic progress. With their annual IngenuityFest and year-round programming they inspire audiences, push boundaries, empower communities, and generate economic impact, all while changing attitudes about the Cleveland region.

Prior to their work at Rosetta and Ingenuity Fest, Mike was the Principal and Microsoft Solution Center Lead at Brulant, Inc. from July 2000 to July 2008. Mike was also the IT Director at Friends of Cleveland School of the Arts from July 1999 to June 2000.

Mike Gustafson has a BS in Computer Science from Case Western Reserve University. Mike also has certification from Coursera in Executive Data Science Specialization.
