Maria Roxana C. has extensive experience in mental health and social research, currently serving as an IDD Mental Health and Direct Support Specialist at Search, Inc. since December 2016. Prior to this role, Maria worked as a Mental Health Facilitator with Psiho-Conexiuni Judetul Cluj and gained valuable research experience at Universitatea „Babeș-Bolyai” din Cluj-Napoca, where contributions included a graduate researcher role focused on humor in organizational settings and leadership in workshops related to assertive communication. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Sociology with a focus on Strategic Management of Human Resources and dual Bachelor's degrees in Sociology and Psychology.
