Trina Grogan is a skilled professional with extensive experience in data management and program evaluation. Currently serving as a Development Manager at Search Inc. since August 2023, Trina previously worked as Data and Evaluation Manager at Northwest Side Housing Center from June 2020 to August 2023, where responsibilities included evaluating and updating the Microsoft Dynamics365 database and leading data collection efforts. Additional experience includes roles as a Lead Teaching Assistant at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where Trina managed a team of teaching assistants for a large student program, and as a Donor Data and Relationship Management Intern at My Sister's Closet, where data systems for donor management were significantly improved. Trina holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy Analysis from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, graduating in 2020.
