Michael Down

Michael Down has a diverse work experience in various roles related to digital analytics, web analysis, and operational support. Their most recent position was as a Digital Analytics Consultant at Search Laboratory, where they worked with clients to implement and optimize Google Analytics. Prior to that, they served as a Web Analyst at LSL Property Services plc, where they analyzed website performance and managed PPC campaigns. Michael also worked at Skipton Building Society, where they held roles such as Digital Customer Experience Analyst and Operational Support Consultant. Michael started their career as an Insurance and Possessions Consultant at HML.

Michael Down attended West Craven High School from 2001 to 2006 but did not obtain any degree or specific field of study during that time. Michael later obtained certifications in Google Analytics, including the Google Analytics 4 Certification and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification, from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in July and August of 2022, respectively.
