Patrick Gallen

Patrick Gallen is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in People and Change, currently serving as the Head of Executive Search at Search Talent and Director at GallenTCF Limited, both starting in 2024. Additionally, Gallen holds the position of Adjunct Teaching Fellow at Trinity College Dublin, where lectures are conducted on the Masters in HR Programme. Gallen is a Committee Member for the Institute of Directors in Northern Ireland, leading the Workforce and Skills Forum. Previously, Gallen was the Partner leading People & Change Consulting at Grant Thornton (NI) LLP and held an Associate Partner role at PwC. With expertise in delivering behavioral change and deep cross-sectoral experience, Gallen has collaborated with prominent clients, including global banking institutions and well-known brands in the food and drinks industry. Educational qualifications include being a Chartered Fellow in Human Resources Management and pursuing CIPD qualifications.
