James Gambino

James Gambino is an accomplished professional in the recruitment industry, currently serving as the Director at Searchability® since June 2017, where responsibilities have evolved through various leadership roles including Divisional Manager and Senior Consultant. Under James Gambino's guidance, Searchability® has garnered multiple prestigious awards, including ‘The Best Tech Digital Team’ in 2016 and ‘Technical Innovation Award’ in 2019, as well as ‘Best Small Company to Work For’ for three consecutive years from 2020 to 2022. Prior to joining Searchability®, James Gambino gained valuable experience at Creative Play UK Ltd between January 2011 and June 2017 in several sales-oriented positions, and briefly worked as a Sales Representative at Patriot Financial. James Gambino completed education at St Richard Gwyn Catholic High School in Flint from January 1999 to July 2004.
