Luke Parry

Luke Parry is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the Support, DevOps, and Data sectors. Currently serving as Divisional Manager at Searchability since June 2019, Luke leads a team of nine consultants and is responsible for sourcing top talent for a diverse client base. Prior roles at Searchability include Lead Management Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Digital Recruiter, contributing to the agency's reputation as an award-winning recruiter in the tech industry. Prior to Searchability, Luke co-founded Eat18 Ltd and held the position of Sales Team Leader at Myprotein. Luke holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Studies from Wrexham University, obtained between 2011 and 2014.
