Marc Phillips

Marc Phillips is the Founder and CEO of SearchForecast. Marc has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, and has held various leadership positions in startups and larger companies.

Phillips began their career as a software engineer, and later transitioned into management and leadership roles. In 2008, they became an advisor for Geodelic Systems Inc., and they also served on the board of GlanceGuide from 2007 to 2010. In 2010, they co-founded SearchForecast Inc., where they currently serve as Director.

Phillips has also been an advisor for PlayHaven.com and Contivio.com, and a shareholder for Sessionbox and Web IP. Marc has sourced and reviewed technology for the board of directors at iiNet, and has helped with innovation strategy and models suitable for internal product groups. Marc has also provided introductory meetings for visiting iiNet board members and chaired round table meetings of Silicon Valley technology leaders.

Phillips has a background in economics, law, and information technology. Marc holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Melbourne and a diploma from the Australian Securities Institute. Marc also has a certification from ASIC in Australia Financial Services Licence.
