Amanda Good

Amanda Good is a Partner and Head of Value Creation at Searchlight Capital Partners. Prior to joining Searchlight, Amanda was a Partner at HgCapital and Bain & Company. Amanda has over 14 years of consulting experience focused on private equity diligence and portfolio work.

At HgCapital, Amanda built and led the portfolio / operations team with a team of 30. The team's areas of focus were value creation plans, commercial growth, digital transformations and product strategies. Amanda also ran multiple value creation plans for over a dozen private equity funds at Bain & Company.

Amanda's industry areas of specialisation include technology (specifically software) and retail, including luxury goods and services. Amanda is a London-based Partner and their private equity specialization ranges from commercial due diligence, to fund strategy, to work with portfolio companies.

Amanda Good obtained their MBA from The Wharton School and their BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.

They are on a team with François Dekker - Partner , Riju Agrawal - Principal, New York, and Ryan Yaraghi - Principal, New York. Their manager is Erol Uzumeri, Founding Partner.
