Leyli Boroujerdi serves as Associate Principal Counsel at Searchlight Pictures since 2022, having previously held the position of Associate Counsel at Endeavor, where responsibilities included managing legal affairs for scripted and documentary productions. Boroujerdi's legal career includes roles as Associate Attorney at Heller Law Group, ACKER AND WHIPPLE APC, Clinton & Clinton, and Irvine Law Group, where expertise encompassed negotiation and drafting of agreements in film, television, and digital media, as well as business litigation. Early career experiences as a Summer Law Clerk for the Coalition to Abolish Slavery & Trafficking and the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles provided foundational legal skills and advocacy experience.
