JC Roumignac has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. JC (Jean-Christophe) has worked in various roles, including General Manager, Director of Operations, and Operations Manager. Most recently, they served as the Operations Director at Searcys. Prior to that, they held the same position at RA Venues and The Genuine Dining Co. JC (Jean-Christophe) also has experience working at Holroyd Howe, Ampersand CH&Co, Naval and Military Club, White Hart Hotel Nettlebed, and Copper Inn Pangbourne. Currently, JC Roumignac is actively seeking new opportunities.

From 1986 to 1991, JC Roumignac attended the Ecole Hoteliere de Grenoble Lesdiguieres, where they earned a BTS degree in Catering.
