Burnell Blanchard

Vice President Operations at Searles Valley Minerals, Inc.

Burnell Blanchard has a significant amount of work experience in various roles within the manufacturing and supply chain industry. Burnell started their career at the P&G-Archer Daniels Midland Joint Venture, where they served as a Facilities Manager and oversaw the integration of operations and the development of new products. Burnell then moved on to P&G-Food Service & Lodging Products, where they worked as an Assistant Brand Manager and National supply chain manager.

Blanchard then took on the role of Operations Manager at the P&G-Quincy Plant, before becoming a Product Supply Business Manager at P&G-Elf Aquitaine. In this position, they led a change management initiative to restructure and integrate the company's functional components.

Burnell then served as Vice President and General Manager at P&G-Richardson Vicks, Inc., where they were responsible for production, supply chain management, and regulatory compliance. Following this role, they became the Product Supply Manager-Greater China at P&G-Greater China (PRC) and played a key role in establishing joint venture facilities in the region.

Blanchard then served as Product Supply Manager-Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) at P&G-Rakona, a.s., before becoming the Plant Manager at P&G-Alexandria, LA, USA. In this role, they were accountable for all manufacturing and supply chain activities and oversaw the consolidation of the NA Laundry Network.

Burnell'snext position was as a Product Supply Manager-P&G Chemicals at Procter & Gamble, where they had multi-site responsibility for P&G's three chemical plants in North America. Burnell was responsible for manufacturing, supply chain, and talent development.

Most recently, Blanchard has been working at Searles Valley Minerals as the Vice President-Operations. In this role, they are involved in the extraction and processing of various minerals and oversees three manufacturing facilities.

Throughout their career, Blanchard has demonstrated expertise in operations, supply chain management, manufacturing, and talent development, and has shown a strong ability to lead and implement change.

Burnell Blanchard has a Bachelor of Science degree with honors (cum laude) in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara. They also hold another Bachelor of Science degree with honors (cum laude) in Chemistry from the same institution. Furthermore, they have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Philosophy from UCLA.
