Marissa Giles

Marissa Giles is an experienced Human Resource professional with a strong background in HR operations and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of HR Operations & Talent Acquisition at American Freight Furniture and Mattress since February 2016, Marissa evaluates HR systems and identifies opportunities for improvement while ensuring effective process design. In addition, Marissa has been the Human Resource Business Manager at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc., providing HR support to around 5000 associates since August 2011, and monitoring HR metrics for process enhancement.
