Enrique Riojas has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Enrique currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Sears Seating, overseeing multi-site manufacturing activities and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Prior to this role, Enrique worked at John Deere in various positions, including Business Unit Manager, Manager of Manufacturing Strategy & Footprint, and Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Enrique has successfully implemented new manufacturing operations, optimized resources, and improved key metrics and performance indicators. Enrique has also led projects to drive profitability and value improvement, standardize manufacturing processes, and achieve cost reductions. Enrique has a strong background in implementing lean and Six Sigma methodologies and has consistently driven significant improvements in key metrics. Prior to joining John Deere, Enrique worked at Prolec GE as a Project Lead in the Distribution Transformers Division. Enrique Riojas completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical & Industrial Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey. In addition to their formal education, Enrique has obtained several certifications including Leadership U for Humanity Completion from Korn Ferry in December 2021, Digital Transformation from University of Virginia Darden School of Business in August 2020, and What is Data Science? from IBM in August 2020.
