Jennifer McInnes is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in employer branding and resourcing management. Currently serving as Senior Employer Brand & Resourcing Manager at Seasalt since January 2017, Jennifer leads the recruitment strategy and oversees the attraction and selection processes for the brand.
