Melanie Wilcox

Melanie Wilcox has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and IT service delivery sectors. Starting in 2007, they held positions such as Implementation Manager at Virgin Holidays Ltd, Head of IT Service Delivery at First Choice Holidays, and Head of IT Service Delivery at Ann Summers. In 2011, they joined Tesco PLC as Business Systems Manager and went on to hold roles including Head of Infrastructure Service Improvement and Head of UK Infrastructure Service Management. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Tesco, where they served as Head of Technology - Global Grocery Online, Head of Online Portfolio Programme Management, and Head of Portfolio Management - Global Technology Product and Data. In 2019, they joined Specsavers as Director of Technology Portfolio Management and later assumed the role of Technology Director - Northern Europe. Currently, Melanie Wilcox holds the position of Chief Information Officer at Seasalt, starting in June 2023.

Melanie Wilcox attended the University of Portsmouth from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a degree in German and Business.
