Nicole Morrissey

Nicole Morrissey is a seasoned professional with significant experience in talent management and business process improvement. Currently serving as Senior Talent Business Partner at Seashell, since April 2018, Nicole leads the recruitment, onboarding, and volunteering team while implementing the trust's talent strategy for an organization that supports children and young people with complex disabilities. Previously, at the University of Melbourne, Nicole worked as a Project Officer, focusing on enhancing processes within the Student Equity and Disability Support team. Additional experience includes roles at SVC Products Pty Ltd, Cartel Crest Management, AWF Limited, Greenpeace, and John Lewis Partnership, complemented by a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Managerial Economics from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
