Lori Smith

Lori Smith has extensive experience in the hospitality and property management industry, currently serving as COO, General Manager, and Broker In Charge at Seaside Vacations since June 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing operations, property management, marketing, business development, and guest services. Prior to this role, Lori held the position of Controller at The Phonesmith since August 2013 and worked as an Account Representative at Local Social, Inc. from May 2012 to August 2013. Lori's career in property management began at Hatteras Realty, where a variety of roles were undertaken from July 2005 to May 2012, including Property Manager and Broker In Charge. Earlier experience includes roles as a Reservationist at both Hatteras Realty and Outer Banks. Education was completed at Cape Hatteras from 1988 to 2000.
