Mustafa Shabib

Mustafa Shabib is a technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Season since November 2019, Mustafa previously held the position of CTO in Residence at Redesign Health and served as CTO at Quartet Health from May 2015 to April 2019, where contributions included designing a platform to enhance communication among insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients. Mustafa's background also includes work as an SDE at Amazon, focusing on system migrations, and leadership roles such as Technical Director and Partner at We Are Mammoth, as well as freelance web development. Early career experiences include positions as a Game Programmer at Raw Thrills and a Web Developer at Hubbard One. Mustafa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northwestern University, earned in 2002.
